Hannah Simson currently offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders.
Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:

Transit: 3–5 business days
Estimated total delivery: 5–7 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after shipment when available.
Carrier tracking information may take some time to update after an order has been dispatched.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability and the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Products returned for non-defective or change-of-mind reasons must meet our return eligibility requirements.

9. Return Shipping
For approved returns involving products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hannah Simson covers the applicable return shipping cost.
For eligible non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After a refund has been issued, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your account. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
